  • What Is A Lash Lift?

    Low maintenance lash treatment. A lash lift is an enhancing treatment for natural lashes, giving them a curled and lifted look. Think of it like a lash perm. Instead of curling your lashes every morning, this treatment does the job for you and lasts for weeks.

    During the process, it gently lifts the lashes from the root upwards using a special solution, creating the illusion of longer, more voluminous lashes.

    It’s perfect for clients who love a more natural look, or are looking to move away from lash extensions. A lash lift opens up your client's eyes, giving them a bright, wide-awake appearance, and fluttery lashes without any effort.

    What’s the difference between a normal lash lift + Korean inspired?

    Cysteamine technology provides a gentler treatment, which helps reduce the risk of overprocessing, great for sensitive clients and especially good for clients who have shorter/thiner lashes or down-ward facing/stubborn lashes. Due to the gentle formula, it gives better results to all clients.

    Due to the success of the treatment, Chloe now solely uses the Korean formula and technique for all lash lifts.

    All brow services start with a consultation, your desired brow look and goals will be discussed.

    A brow wax + tint involves simply tinting the brow hairs and then waxing the brows to create shape and definition. Usually followed by brow trimming and tweezing to make sure the perfect brow is created!

    I use London Brow Company pre + post wax moisturising cleansers to soothe and look after your skin.

    I also use London Brow Company Green Tea Soft Wax which is perfect for all skin types, even sensitive clients. Much more softer on the skin, no grazing or taring.

  • What is a brow lamination?

    A brow lamination is a beauty treatment that restructures your eyebrow hairs so they can be brushed and set into a fuller, more uniform shape. It’s created by using a perm and it relaxes the hairs so they stay in the desired direction.

    What is a Korean Brow Lamination?

    For brow laminations I use the same system on my brows as I do for Korean Lash Lifts.

    The Korean formula (Cysteamine) again, is much more gentle on the brow hairs, reduces the risk of over-processing and again it looks after the brow hair more than regular brow lamination perm.

    Since seeing such amazing results and happy clients with their healthy brows, I now offer this style on brows also.

    My most common question is, ‘will it suit me and be the right treatment for me?’

    It all depends on your brow goals and your desired look. I find a lot of clients think it’s only suitable for people that have big/thicker brows but I actually believe it’s great for clients who have smaller/finer and sparser brows as it can create the illusion of a bigger brow.

    With the Korean formula, I have found brow lamination can be for everyone now, due to the perm being more gentle so it won’t damage or de-hydrate fine brows and is suitable for clients who have sensitive skin.

  • Results vary from person to person depending on your natural hair growth cycle, lifestyle and aftercare.

    A Korean Lash Lift + Korean Brow Lam typically lasts around 6–8 weeks. A brow tint + wax usually lasts around 3–4 weeks on the brow hairs, with the brow shape lasting depending on your natural hair growth.

    My clients averagely book in every 7-8 weeks for lash lifts and brow laminations. 3-6 weeks for brow wax and tint services.

  • When treatments are performed correctly using suitable products and appropriate processing times, they are designed to enhance your natural lashes and brows while maintaining their condition.

    Your natural hair health is always a priority, and I will assess your lashes or brows before treatment to make sure the service is suitable for you.

    With the new Korean Systems, your brow and lashes will be in the best condition yet with their keratin ingredient's and gentle formula.

  • Yes. A patch test is required before your first Korean Lash Lift, Brow Lamination or Brow Tint and must be completed within the required timeframe before your appointment.

    A patch test is important even if you have had similar treatments elsewhere, as sensitivities can develop over time.

  • Some clients with sensitive skin can still have these treatments, but this will be assessed during your consultation and patch test.

    The Cysteamine formulation is designed to be a gentler alternative, making it a great option for sensitive clients. Patch testing is still recommended.

    I use London Brow Company Green tea soft wax which is great for sensitive clients.

  • For all treatments, I recommend for 24hrs being cautious of:

    Not getting lashes or brows wet.

    Sweating.

    Steam/Saunas.

    Try to avoid applying strong skincare products directly to the treated area, particularly exfoliating acids, retinoids and other active ingredients.

    It's best to keep the brow area clean and makeup-free for the first 24 hours to allow the skin and tint to settle.

    Avoid over-plucking or waxing your brows at home, as this can affect the shape we are working towards.

    For laminated brows, gently brushing them into place each day with a clean spoolie will help maintain their fluffy, polished appearance.
